Here are the answers to some common questions:

How much does it cost? The meals are $14 – $19 each, and we have a $15 delivery charge on each day that you order for.

What are the meal sizes? Most of our meals come in regular and large sizes. Here are some examples:

 

Can I just order once to try it out? Yes you can! After your first order you won’t get more deliveries until you order again. You can always choose what works best for you.

When can I cancel? You can cancel any time or change the number of meals each week. If you have already paid for an order you can still cancel it before the order deadline.

How do I cancel? You don’t need to do anything. You won’t receive deliveries unless you order them.

How do I prepare the meals? The meals are already cooked. You warm them up in the microwave using the containers they are delivered in, or in the oven or the stove using a separate container and following the instructions on the meal.

Does the delivery cost anything?  We have a $15 delivery charge for each day that you order. You can wait as long as you want in between orders.

What areas do you serve? Our deliveries anywhere in Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, High River, Chestermere, Edmonton, Leduc, St. Albert, and Sherwood Park. If you live outside of there we got anywhere that Fedex can deliver — as long as you normally receive packages we can deliver meals to you!

When do I order? We send out the menu every Monday. Orders need to be sent by Friday for delivery the next Tuesday. You can also order for delivery on Thursdays as long as you place the order by that Monday.

Do you have gift certificates? Yes! You can go here to give a gift to anyone in our delivery area.

How long will the meals keep? All of our meals are cooked fresh on the day of your delivery. They will keep for 7 days after delivery. If your plans change, it is best to freeze the extra meals as soon as possible and keep them on hand for later.

Do I need to be home for the delivery? No, we will drop off your meals in an insulated box with ice packs before 5 PM on the delivery day. As long as you pick them up later that day they will be safe.

Is that safe? Yes! We have never had a problem with the deliveries being left outside. If you don’t get your order for any reason (most likely because we do make rare mistakes), just let us know and you can get a full refund.

Can you deliver to my office? Yes! We can deliver to offices. The deliveries will happen during normal business hours.

Do you have keto meals? Yes, we have a keto menu that is updated every week! Just look for the meals that say “keto”. The other meals on the menu are not keto.

Do you have gluten free / dairy free meals? Some of our meals each week will be gluten free and/or dairy free. We will indicate these on the menu.

Do you have vegetarian / vegan meals? We do have vegetarian and vegan options available. These are separated on our menu and change weekly.

Do you have family size meals? Currently we regular and large size options and we guarantee each one is at least big enough for a regular meal. Larger appetites or multiple person families may want to consider ordering multiples of the same item.

What kind of ingredients do you use? We always use fresh, quality ingredients. The ingredients are bought after you order to make sure they are fresh and you get the best meal possible.

Are the meals good? We think so, and all of our customers agree. Once in a while you may try something and decide that you wouldn’t get it again. But if you really didn’t like a meal we will give you a full refund or a free meal on your next order so you have nothing to lose.
